  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add garam masala.
  2. Add the chicken pieces. Saute for 5 min till the aroma is released.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for 1 min.
  4. Add the cubed cut vegetables and powder spices and saute for another 3 min.
  5. Add warm water as required and cook on low flame for around 30 mins or till done.
  6. Let it stand for 10 min.
  7. Now serve with rice or roti.
