  1. Turn on the stove and put it in a pan. Pour 1/2 cup of oil into it.
  2. Then put chopped onion, cinnamon, and bay leaves.
  3. Cook until golden brown.
  4. Now, add the garlic and ginger paste and cook them for a while.
  5. After some time again add all the spices and 1/2 cup of coconut milk. Cook it for 3-4 minutes and keep it on medium heat.
  6. When the oil appears above the coconut milk, pour the fish that were cut into proper small pieces.
  7. Cook the fish for 5 minutes and then add the remaining portion of coconut milk and the chilies. Add salt as per your taste.
  8. Cook it on medium heat for 20-25 minutes. Put it in a beautiful bowl and garnish with your favorite things.
